Warranty Information

Our Warranty Commitment

At RPM Services, we stand behind the quality of our work and the materials we use. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty on all labor and honor the manufacturer’s warranty on all parts and materials. We understand that your investment in our services and products is important, and we want to ensure peace of mind that you're covered in the event of any issues.

2-Year Labor Warranty

Our labor warranty covers any defects in workmanship for a full two years from the date of service completion. If any issues arise that are directly related to the way the work was performed, we will correct the problem at no additional cost to you. This includes:

  • Rework or repairs required due to improper installation or handling.

  • Adjustments or corrections to ensure the work meets our high standards of quality.

  • Prompt and responsive service to resolve any labor-related concerns.

Manufacturer’s Warranty on Parts & Materials

In addition to our labor warranty, we honor the full manufacturer’s warranty on all parts and materials used in your project. This means that any defects, malfunctions, or issues with materials covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will be addressed by the manufacturer themselves, at no cost to you. The duration of the manufacturer’s warranty varies depending on the part or material, and we’ll provide you with the details and assistance needed to file claims should that be necessary.

What is Covered:

  • Parts: All components, equipment, and materials used in your service that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Labor: All tasks performed by our team, ensuring that they were done according to industry standards and the highest level of quality.

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear: Warranties do not cover issues arising from typical use over time, such as gradual degradation of materials or equipment.

  • Damage due to misuse or neglect: Damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow care instructions may not be covered under our labor warranty or the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Accidental damage: Any damage caused by unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or accidents, are not typically covered under warranties.
